About the Role
The AI Engineer will join the AI Product and Engineering Team to design and deliver advanced AI solutions embedded within Radancy’s platform. The role focuses on developing intelligent systems that enhance recruiter workflows, automate evaluation processes, and improve candidate sourcing efficiency.
This position involves close collaboration with engineering and data science teams to bring models and algorithms into production environments. The role requires strong technical ownership, problem solving capability, and the ability to operate effectively within a remote and global structure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents to streamline recruiter workflows from sourcing to evaluation
- Build and fine tune machine learning and LLM based models for reasoning, classification, prediction, and task execution
- Integrate AI Agents with enterprise systems and customer data environments
- Define data collection strategies and modeling frameworks
- Implement agent orchestration, memory management, tool usage, and feedback loops to ensure reliability and scalability
- Evaluate model performance using quantitative metrics and business KPIs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models and algorithms
- Work cross functionally with Data Science teams on multi product initiatives
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a comparable role
- Experience building backend services in a strongly typed language such as Rust, Scala, Go, or similar
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals and model optimization techniques
- Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, agent reasoning patterns, RAG architectures, and embedding models
- Experience deploying AI Agents in enterprise environments with attention to performance optimization
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for backend service deployment
- Experience working on highly concurrent backend systems with durable state and fault tolerance
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLM evaluation practices, and model lifecycle management
- Understanding of responsible AI, security, compliance standards, AWS guardrails, and response style tuning
