About the Role
A Senior Data Scientist position is available within a hybrid setup based in Prague. The role focuses on developing advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI-driven solutions to support business decision-making and customer-focused initiatives across a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Explore, prepare, and analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
- Build predictive models, recommendation systems, and decision-support tools.
- Support personalization initiatives across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Develop and deploy AI-driven and agentic AI solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in data and AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience applying data science techniques in a commercial environment.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning models and production-grade ML solutions.
- Strong Python programming skills, with PySpark, Scala, or R as a plus.
- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
- At least 2 years of professional experience with SQL.
- At least 2 years of professional experience with Python.
