About the Role
A Data Scientist position is available within TD SYNNEX’s European Data Practice. The role is focused on developing and deploying scalable data science, machine learning, and AI solutions that support business transformation, including predictive analytics, automation, personalization, and recommendation systems across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Explore, prepare, and analyze complex datasets to identify insights and business opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytical and data science solutions.
- Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and decision-support tools.
- Support personalization initiatives across multiple communication and customer channels.
- Design and deploy AI-driven and agentic AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Communicate analytical findings, model outputs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to building analytics service offerings and improving data science capabilities within the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Proven experience applying data science and deploying machine learning pipelines in a business environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or R (PySpark/Scala is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience working with real-world data science use cases and production environments.
- Ability to translate complex analytical results into business insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Advanced English language skills.
