About the Job

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Specialist to join our R&D Department, actively participating in the design and development of advanced AI solutions for contact centers, focusing on voice bots and chatbots.

You will work within an established technical team, contributing to the development of new AI-based features for our products and smart bots for clients, integrating advanced models with real business systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI solutions for contact center applications
  • Work on voice bots and chatbots to improve customer interaction
  • Integrate AI models with production systems via APIs
  • Collaborate with the technical team to build end-to-end AI functionalities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI projects
  • Development experience in C# (.NET) or Java (Spring)
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Experience with Azure AI Services, Speech Services, and Azure AI Studio
  • Knowledge of AI integration via APIs
  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) projects end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of language model fundamentals (Transformers, embeddings, tokenization)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with contact centers, voice bots, or chatbots
  • Integrations with Salesforce
  • Experience developing customer-facing AI products
