About the Role

The position also includes team leadership responsibilities, risk analysis, stakeholder communication, and support for organisational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements focused on delivering high-quality technology solutions
- Support projects through problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment
- Review and evaluate proposals and technical solutions prepared by consulting teams
- Identify potential project risks and issues and propose mitigation strategies
- Support change management activities and recommend structured communication approaches
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and subject matter guidance to team members
- Contribute to organisational and unit-level initiatives
- Collaborate with clients throughout digital transformation projects
- Participate in project management and team coordination activities
Requirements
- Experience with Scala, Spark, and Akka
- Knowledge of software configuration management systems
- Strong understanding of business strategy and cross-industry practices
- Awareness of current technologies and industry trends
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and with clients
- Industry domain knowledge in two or more sectors
- Understanding of financial processes and project pricing models
- Client-facing communication skills
- Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Experience in project and team management
