About the Role
A Data Engineer opportunity within a forward-thinking team working on modern data platforms. The role involves contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines that support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust ETL-ELT pipelines
- Design and optimise data architectures for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics and product
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the data platform and related tooling
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or Scala
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as Airflow, dbt, Spark, or Kafka
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modelling concepts
- Experience working in agile environments considered beneficial
- Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential
