About the Role
SE-Mentor is seeking a software engineer with experience in backend and frontend development, data engineering, and AI technologies. The role involves developing data processing solutions, working with cloud platforms, supporting AI-assisted development, and collaborating with stakeholders to build scalable software systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend and frontend solutions using Python and related technologies.
- Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Develop applications using Apache Spark.
- Work with machine learning and graph algorithms for entity and profile matching.
- Develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs.
- Work with Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure-based solutions.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development process.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in frontend and backend development using Python.
- Experience with Apache Spark.
- Knowledge of machine learning and graph algorithms for entity and profile matching.
- Experience building ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
- Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
- Understanding of data science fundamentals.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of MCP and agentic AI.
- Experience with AI-assisted development.
- Understanding of Azure CloudOps, including networking, identity, and security.
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
- Understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders.
